The third Ashridge International Research Conference (AIRC3) brings together academic rigour, global corporate perspectives and a fresh, innovative style to this year's topic of The Multigenerational Challenges: integrating age into management and organisation.

This international conference is aimed at scholars, executive leaders, policy makers and professional practitioners, and will provide a blend of refereed conference papers and panel sessions. The insights and experiences of scholars, practitioners and executives will be presented and discussed, with a strong focus on a multidisciplinary approach to the topics.

The conference will take place from 2pm on Friday 19th July to 2pm on Sunday 21st July 2013 at the beautiful Ashridge campus and will focus on the challenges and opportunities for leadership and management as they relate to the organisation of multi-generational and changing work populations; for example, the cross-generational and cross-cultural working between ageing Western populations and younger Eastern sub-populations.
